Yes, because OER Glue overlays, adapts, and injects content into existing web pages, it does have the feel of a PLE. However, it goes further by integrating multiple services, by providing infrastructure to &quot;glue content and services together&quot; in a coherent way. 

OER Glue will support all of the standard functionality for teaching online courses found in traditional learning management systems. The difference is that it will do that by connecting third party services. Because of that, content will not need to be brought into the system and teachers are free to choose which services to use and to adopt new ones when they come along.</description>
